		<description>Yes, but, in the case of New Jersey, where will the money actually get spent.  Our current Governor has the habit of handing out fat no-bid contracts to political cronies in other states that can help him with his bid for national political attention.  He has no real interest in the State of New Jersey.  From coast to coast, history will repeat itself.  Ronald Reagan (AKA Rayguns) had no real interest in the welfare of California, either - but the attention he got for his disastrous California &quot;fixes&quot; gave him the springboard he wanted to the US Presidency.  The middle class is still suffering from the total downward progression of that so-called supply side, &quot;trickle down&quot; philosophy.    I don&#039;t know about everybody else, but MY taxes increased under Reagan&#039;s so-called tax cut.  But, then, at the time I was a struggling single mother surviving on a secretary&#039;s salary.  Nobody cared about that at the time, which is how they got away with it.  My question is: why is Chris Christie still getting away with it?</description>
